Enhancing Brand and Product Awareness
A dedicated product display stand was set up in the existing sales channel, NFA360, showcasing the complete product line. Additionally, I also set up a display area that allows consumers to try out products such as mobile phone holders. This initiative effectively increased product exposure and boosted sales by more than 20%.
Attract Major Distributors
By leveraging the comprehensive product display at NFA360, I successfully attracted inquiries and collaboration opportunities from Hong Sheng Motor Department, the largest car accessories retail chain in Taiwan. This resulted in securing a presence in this key distribution channel while also negotiating highly favorable trading terms.
Successful Entry into Apple Authorized Resellers
Collaborating with the distributor DigiLohas, we carefully selected suitable product combinations and repackaged existing products. As a result, our products were successfully listed in DataExpress, Studio A, and other Apple-authorized reseller stores, further enhancing brand recognition and market penetration.
Diversifying Sales Channels
Building on the brand momentum gained from being listed in the Apple Store, we expanded into more high-end retail channels, such as Eslite Bookstore and Fnac, strengthening market coverage and increasing sales opportunities.
